• Coze.com and Coze.cn - For Coze-based AI agents
• Dify.ai - For Dify-based AI applications
• LLM+Prompt - For custom LLM-based solutions

Users are responsible for ensuring their AI agents comply with the respective platform's terms of service.

Monetization Services

xaisite provides tools and services to help users monetize their AI agents. These services include but are not limited to:

• Payment processing and subscription management
• Usage tracking and analytics
• Revenue sharing and payout management
• AI agent deployment and hosting solutions

Users are responsible for:

• The content and behavior of their AI agents
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding AI services
• Proper disclosure of AI agent capabilities to end-users
• Payment of any applicable taxes on their earnings

Users’ Obligations

You agree to use xaisite, xaisite Products, and Services only for purposes permitted by our Terms of Service, as well as any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

xaisite IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAWS, RULES, OR REGULATIONS COMMITTED BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY AT YOUR REQUEST.

Specifically, you agree and warrant that in using xaisite Products and Services, your actions do not contravene the laws, rules, or regulations of (1) the country, state, or locality where you reside or (2) the country, state, or locality where xaisite is located or operates.

xaisite respects trademark rights and complies with trademark laws. Our trademark xaisite™ is created by xaisite and should be used only for and in relation to xaisite Products and Services. It must always be used in the exact format xaisite™, without alteration.

xaisite respects copyrights and complies with copyright laws. Users are responsible for the content they use with xaisite. Users must ensure they have the legal right to any content they use and adhere to copyright laws.

Use License

We grant Users permission to temporarily download one copy of the Content and Materials on xaisite for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This license does not permit:

AI Agent Content Guidelines

Users must ensure their AI agents:

• Do not generate or promote harmful, illegal, or discriminatory content
• Respect intellectual property rights and data privacy
• Clearly disclose their nature as AI agents to end-users
• Do not impersonate real individuals or organizations without authorization
• Comply with the content policies of their respective platforms

xaisite reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for AI agents that violate these guidelines.

Service Level Agreement

xaisite strives to maintain high availability of our monetization services:

• We aim for 99.9% platform uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance
• Technical support is available through our designated channels
• Service interruptions due to third-party platform issues are beyond our control
